SNMS also organizes blood donation camps and clinics for medical check up in association with major hospitals in Mumbai. The Youth Wing (YUVA) and the college NSS provides immense assistance to the Samiti in its healthcare initiatives.
The Samiti is also considering a Group Health Insurance scheme for its members.
Ayurveda dispensaries are being run by the Samiti at its Gure centers in Dadar, Anushaktinagar andnTarapur in association woith Keral Ayurveda Pharmacy. These dis[pensaries provide the services of doctors to diagnose ailments and prescribe medicines which are also available in the dispensaries.
Post Death Service
After seeing the difficulties being faced by members for performing ‘maranananthara kriya’ after the death of family members, Samiti has appointed a ‘shanti’ exclusively for this purpose. Members can contact Samiti for availing this facility.
